    What Cookies Does Wastrio Use?

    Wastrio uses essential cookies to run the site and keep you logged in. If you accept advertising cookies in the banner, we also use a Meta pixel on our advertising landing pages and the Google Ads tag across the site, to measure whether an advert brought you here. We do not use analytics cookies.

    Why Are These Cookies Essential?

    Essential cookies are necessary for the website and application to function. Without these cookies, you would not be able to log in to your Wastrio account or stay authenticated while using the compliance platform. They cannot be switched off without breaking core functionality.

    Under UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), essential cookies do not require your consent. However, we are required to inform you that they are in use, which is why this policy exists. Advertising cookies are not essential and are only set with your consent.

    What We Don't Use

    Wastrio does not use:

    • Google Analytics or any other analytics platform
    • Any tracking scripts other than the Meta pixel and Google Ads tag described above

    How to Control Cookies

    You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in to the Wastrio application. For guidance on managing cookies in your browser, visit aboutcookies.org.

    If we introduce any further non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before doing so.
